Terms of Service !☆

🌱 ARTIST'S TERMS ⊹ + * ⊹• The artist is allowed to refuse commissions.
• The artist is allowed to take necessary breaks.
• The artist is allowed to take down the commission when the commissioner is rude or inconsiderate.
• The artist is allowed to put watermarks on the finished piece.
• The artist has a no refund policy after they send the finished piece.
• The artist has the right to post their finished commission pieces with my watermark for samples in their social medias..

.🌱 CLIENT'S TERMS ⊹ + * ⊹• The client is allowed to claim half of the ownership of the finished piece (since it was your character in the first place.)
• The client is not allowed to remove the artist's watermark.
• The client is not allowed to use the finished piece for commercial purposes
• The client is not allowed to profit from the finished piece (ex. stickers, print & sell, NFTs, etc.)
• The client is not allowed to edit the finished piece without the artist's consent. The client can only alter/edit the sketch for correction.
• The client must provide the following sample/s (photos, references, sketch, pose, expression, picrew etc.) It will be helpful for me to finish the piece!.

.🌱 COMMISSION PROGRESS ⊹ + * ⊹• It depends on the commission but I usually finish a commission 2-3 days to weeks or longer if the artist's side is dealing with their personal matters such as school, errands or health issues.
• You can ask for WIPs or photos of the drafts of the commissions while it is on process
• If your commission is an urgent matter to be finished immediately, please give me a deadline and provide a reason so I will organize my queue.
• Please be active/online when I am working on your commission. The more you are responsive, the earlier you'll get your commissioned piece. If you have any reasons as to why you won't be able to respond immediately, please inform me ahead of time..

.🌱 PAYMENT TERMS ⊹ + * ⊹• The payment available I have is in PhP only. I do not accept any international payments yet (e.g, USD, Euro etc.)
• My only payment is through my gcash (09270464736)!
• I also accept payment of the first half before or during the commision progress.
• I have a strict no refund policy after the first draft. You can still refund or change your commission but only before or during the sketch progress.
• I would really prefer if you pay the first half of the payment first then the second half after I finish your commission but if you want to pay full and upfront, you will be placed on my priority list (meaning either I'll be doing your commission first or second to the client who also paid upfront but paid higher than yours.).

.🌱 DISCLAIMERS ⊹ + * ⊹• My commissions are for personal use only.
• Only me (the artist) and the client is allowed to use the commissioned piece. If you (the client) saw your commissioned piece being reposted online, please inform me and also report the reposter.
• As I have stated before, you (the client) are not allowed to resell the commissioned piece and use it for profit because that would be extremely disrespectful to me and my works. I will use my earned money from the commissions for school and personal matters.
